About Q

Quyen (aka "Q") is a leader with 15+ years of experience focused on scaling, mentoring, and enabling successful teams at Salesforce, Zenefits, FinancialForce, and now at Airbnb. 

One of her career highlights was implementing the Lean In program globally at Salesforce with Sheryl Sandberg and her team. Quyen's passion is to help others realize their full potential and prioritizes her free time as a Board member for WNorth (a global organization supporting women who are aiming for or already on, a senior executive leadership track and scaling entrepreneurs) and on the MBA Alumni Advisory Board at her alma mater Santa Clara University.

A Bay Area native, Quyen has spent her entire life on the Best Coast. She was born in San Jose and received her Bachelor’s in Business Management as well as her MBA from Santa Clara University. Now living in Seattle, Washington exploring the great outdoors and delicious food that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
